What we do

Painting and drywall repair services

Painting first, drywall repair second, and the small jobs in between. Light, simple work from one contractor.

Interior painting

Walls, ceilings, trim and doors, one room or the whole house. Nail holes, dings and cracks get patched and sanded first, and the drywall repairs and the paint come from the same contractor.

  • Walls and ceilings
  • Trim and doors
  • Patched and prepped first
“He is a master at drywall repair and painting.”John, New Kensington, PA, on Networx

Drywall repair

Old drywall repaired, and new drywall hung, taped, mudded, sanded and finished. Holes, cracks, dents, water-stained patches and torn seams get cut out or patched so the wall reads smooth again under paint. One patched hole or a whole wall, it is the same careful work.

Cabinet painting

Kitchen and bathroom cabinets painted. Doors and drawers come off, every surface is cleaned, sanded and masked, then painted and put back on.

Exterior painting

Painting for the outside of your house, plus deck painting and staining. Weathered, gray deck boards are cleaned and prepped before the new coat goes on.

Kitchen painting

The entire kitchen painted: cabinets, walls, ceiling and trim. A new look for the whole room without tearing anything out.

Textured ceilings

Ceiling texture applied, repaired and matched, so a patched spot or a water stain blends back into the rest of the ceiling.

Carpentry and small repairs

No job is too small. Baseboard and trim, doors that stick or need replacing, and the short list of fixes around the house that has been waiting, along with bigger carpentry work.

Before and after

See the difference

Pick a job, then drag the handle to the right. Same spot, every step from before to after.

    3. Get the best price, apples to apples

With the same scope of work side by side, Tony guarantees you the best price, apples to apples.

You’re paying for 35 years of experience

The best price does not mean cutting corners. Tony has been in the trade since 1987.

Why not go through a big box store?

Home Depot and Lowe’s send subcontractors to do the work under their name. Some do great work, some mediocre, like any other company. Would you rather have that contractor come through a big box store, or hire the contractor directly?

    Mr. Customer,

Is there any doubt in your mind, that my company would not be able to accomplish what you want done in your home to your 100% satisfatcion?

Is there any reason then for us not to go forward with your project?

Questions you need to ask yourself

What type of contractor do you prefer?
Someone with experience & has a desire to do the work the way YOU want it done & to YOUR satisfaction?

What type of budget are we looking at?
Do you want to pay a contractor with the cheapest price or someone who will give you great work for a reasonable rate?

When you get the cheapest price, what type of work do you get from that contractor?
Do you think he will try to cut corners?
What happens when you have a problem with his work?
Do you think he will come back to make it right?

Let’s look at Sears, Home Depot, or Lowes who use subcontractors. They have contractors that do great work, some mediocre and so forth, like any other company.

If a contractor has a license and decent references, they will be contracted to do work under thier name. They may even let you use thier logos on their clothes and equipment so you think they are apart of Sears, Home Depot, or Lowes.

    Think about this:
Would you rather have a subcontractor under Sears, etc. do the work for you, or would you rather have that same contractor do the work directly for you instead of through Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, etc?

Since 1987, The Solid Rock Remodeling Services has been giving customers exceptional work at a GREAT PRICE!

Savings are passed onto the customer by controlling our cost and keeping our overhead down. We don’t cut corners on our work or have the waste that larger companies have.

We want to own an honest, up front business that gives the customer what they pay for. We keep our promises to our consumer by giving them superior work; not a flaring presentation. Forget the pictures, just look at our work! It speaks for itself.

Our work warranty guarantees our workmanship and customer satisfaction. The job is done RIGHT the first time. IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED, OUR WORK IS NOT DONE! We do any and all work in kitchen, bathroom, basement refinishing and remodeling. No job is too big or too small!

We will turn any basement into a clubroom, bedroom, recreation room, etc! Tell us what you want, we will design with you the best solution for your situation, and we will do all the work!

The Solid Rock Remodeling Services has been built on three pillars:
    INTEGRITY, HONESTY, AND PROFESSIONALISM.

INTEGRITY in all dealing with employees, staff, suppliers, other contractors, and most important of all - THE CUSTOMER.
The customer in the final determining factor of a “job well done”.

When we determined to start our business, we opt to never lie or be deceptive to anyone at any time. HONESTY in our book is still “the best policy”!

As far as we are concerned, PROFESSIONALISM in appearance means nothing without the first two pillars of INTEGRITY AND HONESTY.
“Never judge a book by it’s cover”

PROFESSIONALISM also means that all of our workers have been through extensive background screenings. We take nothing for granted and want our customers to feel safe, even to the point of giving us referrals.
